Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses when they have a US zip code. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer.
Initially we are providing Free Shipping! Two day shipping will be $15.0.We know we are a new brand. In the future, within the U.S., standard shipping will be $8 for orders below $49.95, and free for orders $49.95 or more after discount. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Weekend and holidays are excluded from processing time.
Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.
A Return Authorization is required to make a return for a refund or store credit. Customers have within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization. Please contact email@example.com for further instructions along with the reason for return.

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
